HR Business Partner

About the role

Join Caterpillar's EAME Distribution team as an HR Business Partner, providing strategic HR counsel to leaders across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Eurasia. You will shape people strategies that drive business success and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior management to identify, prioritize and implement HR initiatives aligned with regional business goals.
• Provide coaching and guidance on performance management, compensation, benefits and employee relations.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to generate insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Lead organizational change, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and employee engagement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate commercial priorities into effective HR solutions.
• Demonstrated capability in leading change, workforce planning, talent and succession initiatives.
• Excellent coaching, consulting and stakeholder‑management skills with influence at all organizational levels.
