HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner Manager will lead the core HR function for AD Robotics, a venture of VentureOne focused on next‑generation service robots. This hands‑on role will own the full employee lifecycle as the company scales from an early‑stage start‑up to a mature operation, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR infrastructure, including HRIS, employee records, and workflow systems.
• Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle: onboarding, contracts, probation, performance management, promotions, transfers, and off‑boarding.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law, MOHRE regulations, visa and work‑permit processes, and Emiratisation requirements.
• Administer payroll processing and coordinate with Finance for accurate WPS salary disbursement.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs aligned with UAE law and company values.
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition for headcount planning, offer structuring, and new‑joiner integration.
• Lead employee‑relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of HR experience, preferably in a start‑up or high‑growth environment.
• Proven ability to build or scale HR operations in the UAE.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with limited early‑stage infrastructure.
