HR Business Partner – Middle East & South East Asia

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our Middle East and South East Asia region, providing strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leaders and managers at regional level.
• Partner with regional managers to develop HR programmes that support business goals.
• Conduct regular HR audits and assessments to ensure compliance with local laws.
• Collaborate with other HR Business Partners to share best practices and coordinate global initiatives.
• Guide employees and managers on HR policies, procedures and programmes.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and emerging trends.
• Work with HQ HR functional teams (compensation, benefits, payroll, recruiting, etc.) to deliver integrated services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports.

Required profile

• Strong experience creating, implementing and managing HR policies.
• Expertise in employee relations, conflict management and fostering positive workplace environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of global mobility and employment law across the region.
• Proven skills in performance management and continuous improvement of people processes.
• Excellent communication, strategic mindset and ability to influence multidisciplinary teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR platforms and systems (HRIS, ATS, performance management tools, digital HR solutions).
