HR Coordinator - Contingent Workforce Planning

About the role

We are looking for an HR Coordinator to lead the planning and management of our contingent workforce. The role ensures a steady supply of qualified temporary staff, aligns staffing levels with business demand, and supports conversion to permanent positions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pool of qualified contingent workers and monitor departmental staffing needs.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and right‑to‑work documentation for new contingent hires.
• Maintain accurate records in the vendor management system, including rates, hours, and allocations.
• Support conversion of high‑performing contingent workers to full‑time roles.
• Monitor vendor performance, manage work orders, and address misconduct or underperformance.
• Coordinate provision of PPE and uniforms and act as point of contact for contingent worker concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of recruiting or HR experience, preferably in high‑volume contingent workforce environments.
