HR Coordinator – Emirati Nationals Only

About the role

Join Marsh in Dubai as an HR Coordinator supporting HR Managers with day‑to‑day operations across the employee lifecycle. This entry‑level position is open exclusively to Emirati nationals and offers hands‑on experience in onboarding, record‑keeping, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist HR Managers with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation and liaison with Payroll, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases while ensuring confidentiality.
• Prepare and update HR documents, letters, forms, and reports as needed.
• Respond to employee queries, direct requests, and escalate issues appropriately.
• Support employee lifecycle activities such as contract changes, personal data updates, internal transfers, and probation tracking.

Required profile

• UAE national with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Entry‑level or recent graduate with HR internship or related exposure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work across multiple internal teams.
