About the role
JMC Group is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations at its Sharjah office. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, attendance tracking and ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles, including candidate screening, interviewing and manpower deployment.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and off‑boarding, handling visa documentation and maintaining HR records.
- Track daily attendance, process leave requests and support payroll documentation.
- Provide employee‑relations assistance and address workplace inquiries.
- Ensure all HR activities comply with current UAE Labour Law.
- Collaborate with operational units to meet staffing needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources.
- 2–3 years of UAE‑based experience in manpower supply, recruitment or HR operations.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
