HR Executive – Hospitality (Emirati Nationals)

About the role

A leading hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Executive (UAE local) to support HR operations and help ensure a positive employee experience. The position is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and employee orientation
• Maintain HR records and databases in line with company policies
• Support payroll, benefits administration and leave management
• Assist with performance management, training and employee engagement initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and documentation as needed
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and HR policies
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration or a related field
• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Experience in hospitality or multinational organizations
• HR certifications (CHRP, CHRM or equivalent)

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
