HR Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our Human Resources team in Dubai. The role supports recruitment, employee relations and HR operations, contributing to a productive and positive workplace in a fast‑growing logistics organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Assist in attendance management, leave administration, and payroll coordination.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR‑related support.
• Coordinate training programs and employee development activities.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Assist management with workforce planning and performance management processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
