HR Executive / Recruiter – Real Estate Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Operate day‑to‑day HR administration functions.

• Screen and interview candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Attract high‑performing real‑estate talent, including agents and sales professionals.
• Support the company’s growth and workforce requirements through effective hiring activity.

Required profile

• 1–3 years experience in real‑estate recruitment and HR operations.
• Clear understanding of the UAE real‑estate market.
• Fluent English; Arabic or other languages a plus.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with recruitment databases or ATS systems.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf.
