About the role
We are seeking an energetic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding across multiple business units in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
- Source talent locally and internationally.
- Build partnerships with hospitality and vocational institutes.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction programs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
- Maintain talent pipelines and employer branding.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure hiring compliance.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Background in Hospitality, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, or Service industries preferred.
- Experience in international sourcing is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms and UAE recruitment practices is a plus.
