HR Generalist – Cluster (Sheikh Zayed Road)

About the role

The Cluster HR Generalist supports the management and leadership team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road, handling a wide range of human‑resources matters. This full‑time, onsite position ensures smooth employee transfers, hiring processes, and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist managers and supervisors with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate drug screens, reference checks, background checks, motor‑vehicle checks and SSN verification.
• Maintain applicant, orientation, and transfer request logs and personnel files in the HR Information System.
• Support payroll record maintenance and generate HR data reports as needed.
• Provide HR subject‑matter expertise on projects and train new hires on HR policies and systems.
• Answer phone calls, handle correspondence, and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
