HR Generalist – Cluster (Sheikh Zayed Road)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support the management team at our Four Points by Sheraton hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road. The role will handle a wide range of HR functions, from employee transfers to recruitment compliance, ensuring smooth operations across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assist management and employees with internal and external transfer requests and related procedures.
• Monitor hiring processes, coordinate drug screens, reference, background, motor vehicle and SSN checks, and maintain related logs.
• Create and maintain new‑hire and personnel files in the HR Information System and support new‑employee orientation.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with local, state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Support payroll record processing, generate HR data reports, and handle routine correspondence and phone inquiries.
• Act as an HR subject‑matter expert on project teams and train new hires on HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant HR experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
