HR Generalist – Employee Relations & Recruitment

About the role

The HR Generalist will support Sika’s UAE operations by delivering a full spectrum of HR services, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance. This role contributes directly to employee engagement and the overall success of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, including screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and resolve grievances.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and ensure legal compliance.
• Support payroll preparation, benefits administration, and attendance monitoring.
• Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and track development plans.
• Identify training needs, organize internal and external training, and maintain training records.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and support visa and work‑permit processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR generalist functions, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and related compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple HR processes simultaneously with attention to detail.
