HR Generalist

About the role

Joint Space is a multidisciplinary clinic in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai, seeking an HR Generalist to manage day‑to‑day HR operations. The role is hands‑on, covering employee administration, onboarding, HR records, and recruitment support while collaborating with leadership, the Executive Assistant, and the accountant.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, confidential employee files and Zoho People records; prepare contracts, amendments, and letters for approval.
• Coordinate onboarding, probation tracking, performance reviews, and off‑boarding documentation with relevant managers.
• Monitor leave, attendance, and payroll inputs; provide accurate data to the accountant and resolve discrepancies before payroll finalisation.
• Track visa, insurance, and licensing deadlines; liaise with the PRO, providers, and clinical leadership.
• Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening, arranging interviews, and keeping Zoho Recruit records up‑to‑date.
• Handle staff queries confidentially, explain policies, and keep leadership informed of outstanding actions and deadlines.

Required profile

• Hands‑on HR experience in the UAE, preferably within a clinic or healthcare organisation.
• Strong understanding of UAE employment processes and ability to manage confidential matters with sound judgement.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proven ability to follow tasks through and improve HR processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR systems, specifically Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills.
