HR Intern

About the role

This internship offers hands-on experience across HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and data management. It suits someone with strong Excel skills, a positive attitude and good interpersonal abilities. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support recruitment: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and coordinating with applicants
• Prepare HR reports, trackers and dashboards in Microsoft Excel
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Help organise employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Coordinate with other departments on HR needs and ensure documents are filed properly
• Assist with presentations, reports and HR correspondence, plus general administrative support

Required profile

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Active, energetic, friendly and eager to learn
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to keep confidential information secure

Required skills

• Strong Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis and reporting
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Analytical reporting, attention to detail and multitasking in a fast pace
