Talent Management Lead

About the role

The Talent Management Lead drives the organization's talent management strategy, focusing on attracting, developing and retaining top talent. The role covers talent acquisition, leadership development, performance management, succession planning and employee engagement, working closely with HR leadership and other departments so that the talent strategy aligns with business goals and builds a high-performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Talent strategy and planning: talent mapping, recruitment oversight, workforce planning and employer branding
• Leadership development: leadership programs, talent assessment, succession planning and performance management (reviews, 360-degree feedback)
• Employee engagement and retention: surveys, focus groups, retention strategies, career growth and recognition programs
• Training and development: learning programs, skills gap analysis and employee development plans
• Data and reporting: track turnover, promotions, satisfaction and engagement metrics, report regularly to HR leadership and senior management

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field; Master's degree or HR certifications (e.g. SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are a plus
• 5-7 years of experience in talent management, leadership development or HR, including leading talent initiatives
• Proven success in building leadership programs, performance management systems and engagement strategies

Required skills

• Knowledge of talent management best practices, performance frameworks and learning and development methodologies
• Experience with talent management tools, HRIS systems and data analytics platforms
• Project management, data analysis and strong communication skills
