HR Manager - Forex Brokerage

About the role
A growing Forex brokerage company in Dubai is looking for an experienced, results-driven HR Manager. The role covers HR operations, recruitment, HR policy development and support of the company's organizational growth. It is a full-time position.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, sourcing and recruiting professionals in the Forex brokerage industry
- Oversee HR operations, employee relations and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and regulations
- Collaborate with senior management on workforce planning and organizational development
Required profile
- Previous HR experience in the Forex/CFD brokerage industry is mandatory; candidates without it will not be considered
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional HR experience
- Proven experience recruiting Forex brokerage professionals
- Experience establishing HR processes and procedures is an advantage
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR practices
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
