HR Manager

About the role

Ajax Systems, an international security-systems manufacturer with 6,000 employees, is looking for an HR Manager. The role covers HR services for employees from joining to the end of their contract, including onboarding, and supports the company's growth in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR services to employees from joining to the end of their contract and handle all employment-related matters
• Manage onboarding and induction of all new hires
• Lead and contribute hands-on to core existing HR systems and processes
• Perform administrative duties supporting HR records and compliance and record-keeping requirements
• Manage the full-cycle employment process for expatriates and provide occasional relocation support
• Contribute to improving HR processes and policies: workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, and training
• Support other regional teams occasionally

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or HR Generalist
• Knowledge of UAE labor regulations; knowledge of broader MENA regulations is a plus
• Experience with visas and immigration policies, different types of employment and related procedures
• Experience working with external vendors
• Results-focused mindset, able to work in dynamic environments
• English level B2+
