HR Manager - Real Estate & Construction

About the role

Tarrad Development LLC is looking for a strategic and experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources division in Dubai. The role covers full-lifecycle HR operations, talent acquisition for specialized real estate and construction projects, and compliance with local labour regulations. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Direct the complete HR department, optimising internal workflows and operational processes.
• Design and run end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract talent for development and construction teams.
• Ensure the organisation complies with UAE Labour Law, internal regulations and statutory requirements.
• Manage employee relations, mediate grievances and run performance management programmes.
• Work with executive management on workforce planning, structural scaling and organisational development.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including hands-on work in real estate development and construction.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law and immediate availability.
