About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations of the Human Resources department, overseeing the full recruitment life cycle and ensuring the organisation’s talent needs are met and exceeded.
Key responsibilities
- Take care of day‑to‑day operations of the HR department.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Ensure ongoing and future organisational talent demands are met, exceeded, and measured.
- Organise internal and external training programmes.
- Participate in employment events and career fairs.
- Ensure all HR documents, policies, contracts and forms comply with UAE labour laws, working with legal advisors as needed.
- Respond to inquiries regarding policies, procedures and programmes.
- Focus on continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures.
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, systems and regulations.
- Provide data, records and analysis required by laws or internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date and confidential HR files and documentation.
- Create and maintain a positive, engaging and rewarding work environment.
- Perform any other related duties and support the HR & Admin department as required.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in HR management, including recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in performance management, employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Experience with compensation and benefits administration and HR policy development.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Mandarin are essential.
