HR Manager / Senior HR Manager - Sovereign Wealth Fund (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

A senior HR hire is needed for a large sovereign investor based in Dubai, which is building out its people function. The role runs day-to-day HR and acts as a trusted partner to senior management, covering the full employee lifecycle. It is part of the client's Emiratisation programme and is open to UAE Nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and offboarding
• Oversee payroll, compensation and benefits, working closely with Finance
• Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour law
• Lead performance management, talent development and training plans
• Support Emiratisation targets, workforce planning and HR reporting to management
• Keep HR systems and employee records accurate and compliant

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of HR experience, ideally in financial services, government-related entities or a large corporation
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or a related field; CIPD or SHRM is a plus
• Fluent English and Arabic

Required skills

• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law, payroll and benefits administration
• Experience handling employee relations and building HR policies
