HR Manager - Software Industry (SAP Recruitment Focus)

About the role

Inflexion, an SAP solutions partner since 2008, is looking for an experienced HR Manager with 4 to 5 years of experience in the software industry. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management and reporting, with a particular focus on IT and SAP recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and onboarding: assist in end-to-end recruitment, focusing on SAP roles, and manage the onboarding of new professionals
• Employee relations: address employee inquiries, resolve HR policy and benefits issues, and promote engagement initiatives for software professionals
• Performance management: support the performance appraisal process by coordinating with managers and employees
• Compliance and policy: ensure compliance with local labour laws across Inflexion's offices in Continental Asia, and help develop HR policies aligned with the software industry
• HR analytics: maintain employee records and HR databases, and generate reports and metrics for decision-making
• Engagement: organize and take part in engagement activities and wellness programs
• Exit process: manage exits, conduct exit interviews and ensure proper documentation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 4-5 years of experience as an HR Manager in the software industry, with a strong emphasis on IT and SAP recruitment
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, and knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
