HR Manager – Sports & Recreation Complex

About the role

The sports and recreational complex in Sharjah is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead its full human‑resources function. You will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations, and supporting a multicultural workforce in a dynamic, customer‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR operations across the organization.
• Manage talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planning activities.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE requirements.
• Oversee employee visa processing and related employment procedures.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and standard operating procedures.
• Support employee engagement and organisational culture initiatives.
• Address HR needs of a multicultural workforce and partner with management on employee matters.

Required profile

• 6–10+ years of professional HR management experience.
• Background in hospitality, leisure, recreation or retail environments.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and visa processes.
• Proven experience in multicultural workforce planning and employee engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic fluency is a strong advantage.
