About the role

SinLess Hospitality Consulting is recruiting an experienced HR Officer for a leading Food & Beverage group in the United Arab Emirates. This role offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, supporting the entire employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation compliance.
• Support performance management, appraisals and disciplinary procedures.
• Assist with payroll coordination, attendance and leave management.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
• Handle employee relations and provide HR support to managers and staff.
• Support training, development and employee engagement initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and integrity.
