HR Operations Officer

About the role

The HR Operations Officer will manage core HR processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant operations in Dubai. This role covers onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, leave administration, and government‑related HR procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and official forms.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including document collection, system setup, access creation, and exit interviews.
• Collect, verify, and submit payroll inputs and liaise with payroll and finance for timely salary processing.
• Handle leave requests, monitor attendance, and produce monthly attendance reports.
• Support visa processing, renewals, and other government HR procedures with MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.
• Assist with HR audits, compliance reporting, and internal process improvements while providing employee support on HR queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR operations or administration experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and government HR procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS systems.
