HR Partner Lead – Middle East

About the role

As the Regional HR Partner Lead for the Middle East, you will drive people strategy across the United Arab Emirates region, acting as a trusted advisor to business leaders. You will lead the regional HR Partner organization, ensuring global initiatives are adapted to local market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional HR Partner team across the Middle East.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement, and succession planning.
• Execute HR processes, policies, and programs, including integration projects such as the Vanderlande Logistics integration.
• Implement Vanderlande’s people strategy and global HR initiatives regionally.
• Drive organizational development, change management, and DEI, health & wellbeing, and learning programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and company policies.
• Manage complex employee relations and provide people insights through workforce analytics.

Required profile

• Significant HR leadership experience in an international environment.
• Proven knowledge of Middle Eastern labor legislation and employment practices.
• Strong business acumen, results‑oriented mindset, and experience leading HR teams.
• Expertise in change management, organizational transformation, and stakeholder influencing.
• Ability to work across cultures and organizational levels, with 20‑40% travel.
