HR Recruiter - Bulk Hiring

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, people‑focused HR Recruiter to lead high‑volume hiring campaigns across multiple functions and locations. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for bulk roles, from job posting to onboarding coordination.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, agencies and community outreach.
• Conduct screening calls, structured interviews and assessments to evaluate fit against role requirements and company values.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, selection criteria and interview schedules.
• Prepare shortlists, manage offer approvals, extend offers and track acceptance.
• Coordinate pre‑boarding and induction with HR Operations and line managers for large cohorts.
• Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy records in the ATS/HRIS and ensure compliance with employment law.
• Produce recruitment metrics and dashboards (time‑to‑fill, source of hire, diversity, etc.) and use insights to optimise campaigns.
• Promote employer brand throughout the candidate journey and manage external recruitment partners and hiring events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑volume, campus or agency recruitment.
• Strong organisational and data‑driven mindset with the ability to work quickly and compliantly.
• Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers and operational teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS platforms.
