HR Recruiter – Full‑time, Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Human Capital team at Property Shop Investment (PSI) is seeking an HR Recruiter based in Abu Dhabi (Saadiyat/Reem Island) with responsibility for supporting hiring across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees, while ensuring a professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department managers to define future hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Publish job advertisements on multiple portals and actively network through professional groups, social media and industry events.
• Manage the full candidate experience: posting, screening, interviewing, communication and follow‑up.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Interview candidates for junior, senior and executive positions.
• Track and report hiring metrics such as time‑to‑hire, time‑to‑fill and source of hire.
• Design and distribute candidate experience surveys and analyse the results.
• Maintain a talent database for future openings and complete new‑hire paperwork.
• Lead HSE responsibilities within the recruitment area and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably covering junior to executive levels.
• Strong knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, decision‑making, organisational and time‑management abilities.
