HR Recruiter – Real Estate (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter to support a leading real‑estate client in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and hiring talent for sales and corporate positions across the UAE market. The successful candidate will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for various sales and corporate roles.
• Post job advertisements on LinkedIn, job portals and social media platforms.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds.
• Assist with employee onboarding, preparation of offer letters, contracts and other HR documents.
• Coordinate visa processing, medicals, Emirates ID applications and related onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in the UAE, preferably within the real‑estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
