HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for attracting, evaluating and hiring top talent across multiple functions while enhancing our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Bayt, social media and other platforms.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews and initial assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Develop recruitment strategies and negotiate offers.
• Maintain accurate records using an ATS or similar software.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and employer branding.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Experience recruiting in the UAE preferred.
• Ability to source passive candidates and manage multiple hiring processes.
