HR Recruitment Officer – Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the role

The HR Recruitment Officer will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for a hospitality organization in Abu Dhabi, ensuring the right talent is attracted and secured to meet business goals. This role combines full‑cycle recruitment with ongoing HR administration support.

Key responsibilities

• Post and manage job advertisements across relevant channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interviews with hiring managers.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize recruitment needs.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports and dashboards.
• Handle ad‑hoc recruitment and HR administration tasks as required.
• Support talent sourcing initiatives and recruitment strategies.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure a positive experience.
• Oversee the recruitment process from screening through to candidate readiness, including trial shifts and onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role within the hospitality sector, preferably resorts or hotels.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to changing recruitment demands.
