Human Capital Business Partner – UAE National

About the role

Crown Farms is seeking an experienced Human Capital Business Partner to work closely with business leaders and operational teams in Fujairah. The role focuses on driving people strategy, workforce planning and employee engagement to support the company’s growth in sustainable agriculture and aquaculture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, headcount forecasting and people priorities.
• Implement Group Human Capital policies, procedures and governance standards.
• Coach managers on performance management, employee relations and people‑related decisions.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and workplace investigations in line with UAE Labour Law.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, probation reviews and internal mobility.
• Support talent management, succession planning, Emiratisation and NAFIS initiatives.
• Monitor HR metrics and workforce data to inform business decisions.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, organisational culture and HR system adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 5–7 years progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner or senior HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS, Emiratisation and NAFIS requirements.
• Experience supporting diverse workforces, preferably in agriculture, manufacturing or multi‑entity environments.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Odoo experience is a plus.
