HR & Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Paris Society, a hospitality group creating and operating restaurants, lifestyle destinations and hospitality concepts, is hiring through Hosco in Dubai. It is looking for a motivated HR & Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Group People & Culture team across recruitment, employee experience and HR projects. The internship gives hands-on exposure to the full recruitment cycle and lets you contribute to HR initiatives for existing restaurants and upcoming openings.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition: support recruitment for corporate and restaurant positions, assist with candidate sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination and follow-up, maintain recruitment trackers, support international recruitment campaigns and events, and help plan recruitment for new restaurant openings.
• People & culture: support onboarding and new joiner documentation, contribute to engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives, coordinate internal HR events and employee communications, and support learning and development and training coordination.
• HR administration and projects: assist with HR reporting, data collection and HR dashboard updates, maintain HR trackers and employee records, contribute to HR process improvements and HRIS-related projects, and help with ad hoc projects led by the People & Culture team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in recruitment, people management and the hospitality industry.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, discreet, adaptable and eager to learn.
