HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment initiatives across the UAE and international markets while supporting the growth of the local HR function. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment, building talent pipelines, partnering with leadership on workforce planning and supporting HR operations as the business expands.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the UAE team by identifying, attracting and hiring high‑quality talent.
• Lead international recruitment activities across the UK, US, Singapore and other global markets.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for sales, marketing, editorial and corporate functions.
• Partner closely with leadership to support workforce planning, hiring strategies and organisational growth.
• Utilise sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and networking to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate assessments, offer negotiations and onboarding activities.
• Support HR operations, employee engagement initiatives and HR administration as the UAE team expands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR with strong exposure to international recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting extensively across the UK, US, Singapore and other international markets.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding.
• Strong background hiring for sales, marketing, editorial, corporate or similar business functions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly proactive, confident and professional with the ability to represent the organisation effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
