HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist (White Collar Recruitment)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in white‑collar recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating the hiring of professional and managerial‑level candidates for our Abu Dhabi operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft comprehensive job descriptions.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques—including online sourcing, networking, referrals and headhunting—to attract quality candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct in‑person interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Facilitate decision‑making, negotiate offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably within the service sector.
• Solid understanding of full‑cycle recruitment best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent English communication skills; candidates must hold their own or a cancelled visa.
• Immediate availability and ability to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
