HRIS Sales Development Representative (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HRIS Sales Development Representative to join our Dubai team. You will identify and qualify new business opportunities for leading HRIS solutions and build strong relationships with prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for HRIS platforms such as Oracle and Workday.
• Conduct market research to target potential clients in the Dubai region.
• Engage prospects through calls, emails and networking events.
• Present Amaris HRIS solutions and collaborate with sales and technical teams to tailor offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and support proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, HR or IT‑related fields.
• Proven experience in sales or business development for HRIS solutions.
• Good knowledge of HRIS platforms (Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
