HSE Data and Assurance Coordinator

About the role

The HSE Data & Assurance Coordinator ensures the accuracy, integrity and reporting of Health, Safety and Environmental data across contract operations. The role supports the HSE Lead Specialist by validating safety performance data, monitoring KPIs and conducting internal audits.

Key responsibilities

• Validate accuracy and completeness of all HSE data, including incident classification and investigation reports.
• Monitor Safe Working Day metrics, reset triggers and analyse trends in injuries, property damage and environmental incidents.
• Plan and conduct internal ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 audits, maintain audit registers and track corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and monthly safety performance reports using Excel, SharePoint and MS365.
• Maintain SharePoint HSE document architecture, create advanced Excel tracking tools and support Power Apps workflow automation.
• Validate contractor HSE performance data, identify inconsistencies and provide insights for contract governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in data analytics, safety performance monitoring or HSE assurance.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certifications; NEBOSH International General Certificate preferred.
