About the role
Penspen is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to develop and implement safety policies, conduct risk assessments, ensure legal compliance, manage incident investigations and train staff. The role aims to foster a strong safety culture protecting employees and the environment while supporting business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Lead incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and awareness programs for all staff.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE standards into large EPC projects.
Required profile
- Engineering degree in any discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC and other relevant HSE certifications.
- Minimum 20 years of experience, with at least 10 years in the oil and gas industry.
- Proven experience as HSE Manager on large oil and gas EPC projects.
- Previous approval as an HSE Manager from ADNOC and PMC experience.
