HSE Officer (12‑month contract)

About the role

Our client, a technology‑focused organization, is looking for an experienced HSE Officer to support the safe delivery of ICT, ELV, CCTV and security system installation projects in Abu Dhabi. The role is a 12‑month contract based on‑site, working closely with project teams to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures and client‑specific safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Coordinate with project teams during implementation and installation activities.
• Prepare, maintain and submit HSE documentation, permits, reports and records.
• Monitor site activities, identify and mitigate safety risks proactively.
• Support incident reporting, investigations and corrective‑action implementation.
• Ensure all personnel adhere to safety regulations and best practices on‑site.

Required profile

• NEBOSH certification (mandatory).
• Experience as an HSE Officer in technology, ICT, ELV, CCTV or security‑systems installation environments.
• Knowledge of site implementation and project coordination activities.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at project sites as required.
