HSE Officer – Site (Gas Processing & Compression)

About the role

KBR Engineering is seeking an experienced HSE Officer to join a PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on health, safety and environmental management for gas processing and compression activities on site.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures on the project site.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction teams to ensure compliance with ADNOC and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Support the development of safe work practices for pipeline and utility installations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 + years of oil & gas experience, including EPC projects.
• At least 5 + years working on on‑shore and off‑shore projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory).
• Proven experience on multi‑million‑dollar gas processing, compression and sour‑gas treatment projects.
