HSEQ Officer – Health, Safety, Environment & Quality

About the role

We are looking for an HSEQ Officer to implement Enova’s Integrated Management System (IMS) across projects, ensuring health, safety, environment, energy and quality standards are met. The role acts as the main liaison between site operations and the HSEQ department, driving compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IMS procedures, ISO standards and client requirements across all projects.
• Support implementation and maintenance of certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, 41001, 45001, 50001).
• Conduct regular HSEQ inspections, risk assessments and permit‑to‑work reviews on site.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, follow up on corrective actions and report findings.
• Review subcontractor risk assessments and ensure appropriate controls are in place.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and communicate HSEQ updates to site personnel.
• Raise stop‑work cards and non‑conformities when deviations are identified.
• Assist line manager with analysis techniques to prevent non‑compliance and losses.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HSEQ roles within project‑oriented environments.
• Strong knowledge of relevant ISO management system standards.
• Ability to conduct inspections, risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with site teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement of safety and quality.
