HSSE Officer – Automotive Sector

About the role
The HSSE Officer will enforce and improve Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental standards across multiple automotive sites in Dubai, ensuring compliance with local and internal regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections, lead hazard closure, and support safety committees to boost hazard reporting.
- Develop and supervise emergency response plans, fire safety inspections, and ensure trained First Aiders and Fire Wardens are in place.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, certifications, equipment inventories, and ensure availability of emergency procedures and MSDS.
- Monitor regulatory compliance, permit‑to‑work processes, and support third‑party safety audits.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sustainability or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in HSSE or related security roles.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
