HSSE Officer – Automotive (UAE National)

About the role
The HSSE Officer will enforce health, safety, security and environmental regulations across automotive sites in Dubai, ensuring compliance with local laws and company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards and implement corrective actions to reduce incidents.
- Manage emergency preparedness, including fire safety inspections, evacuation drills and first‑aider certification.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, risk registers, MSDS and compliance documentation.
- Support audits, track action items on the Site Compliance & Hazard Tracker and communicate findings to safety committees.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sustainability or a related scientific field.
- Minimum 1 year of HSSE or security experience.
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate in Arabic with government authorities.
