HSSE Officer – Emiratization

About the role
The HSSE Officer will enforce health, safety, security and environmental regulations across Al-Futtaim Technologies sites in Dubai, ensuring compliance with local laws and internal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct daily site inspections, identify hazards and implement corrective actions to reduce incidents.
- Manage emergency preparedness, including fire safety inspections, evacuation drills and first‑aider/ fire warden training.
- Maintain accurate HSSE records, risk registers, MSDS and ensure all permits and certifications are up to date.
- Participate in compliance audits, track action items and report findings to site safety committees.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sustainability or related scientific field.
- Minimum 1 year of HSSE experience, strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in English; ability to communicate in Arabic for government interactions.
