Hub Operations Supervisor – Fuel Retail

About the role

The Hub Operations Supervisor will lead day‑to‑day fuel delivery operations, fleet dispatch, loading activities and manpower management at a UAE hub. The role ensures operational excellence, safety compliance and high‑quality customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily hub operations and fuel delivery activities, including vehicle dispatch and loading of fuel tanker fleets.
• Monitor fleet utilization, operational efficiency and service levels, and prepare performance reports.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, ensure compliance with HSE standards and handle operational emergencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to maintain uninterrupted service.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree is a plus) and a valid UAE driving licence.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in fuel distribution, petroleum operations, logistics, transportation or related fields.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities, with willingness to work shifts, weekends and extended hours.

Required skills

• Knowledge of logistics, dispatch and fleet operations.
• Experience managing drivers, operators or field teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi, Urdu or Arabic are an advantage.
