Human Capital Associate - Emirati

About the role

Fisher HR is recruiting a Human Capital Associate based in Dubai, UAE. The role covers payroll support, employee data maintenance, recruitment coordination and general HR administration, with a focus on compliance with UAE employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with monthly payroll preparation, including employee data verification, allowances, deductions, overtime records and payroll reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee information across HR platforms.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of recruitment, such as candidate scheduling, documentation and hiring records.
• Ensure HR processes follow UAE employment laws and internal procedures.
• Generate workforce reports, payroll summaries, trackers and management information using advanced Excel functions.
• Support onboarding, exits and related administrative processes, and keep records on attendance, leave, employment documents and visas.
• Provide first-level support for employee queries on payroll, HR systems and operations, and work with internal teams and external service providers.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a family book (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, payroll administration or a similar function, with demonstrated payroll support in the UAE.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, accounting, finance or a related field.
• Preferred: recruitment coordination experience, employee lifecycle administration, and prior experience in a large corporate, financial services, government-related or highly regulated organisation.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, reporting and data analysis).
• Working knowledge of UAE employment legislation and HR compliance.
• Experience with HR systems, HRIS platforms or ERP solutions, and enterprise HR or payroll systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, confidentiality and stakeholder coordination.
