Human Capital Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a Human Capital Manager to join one of the outlets at Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, starting in September. This senior HR position will shape people strategies for a world‑class luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and brand culture.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances and workplace concerns.
• Oversee performance management, training programmes and employee development initiatives.
• Administer compensation, benefits, HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
• Lead and develop the HR team, using data and metrics to improve operations and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong HR‑related technical skills.
• Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, project‑management and creative thinking abilities.
