Human Resource Specialist (Remote)

About the role

This fully remote Human Resource Specialist supports employee-related processes, keeps records accurate and confidential, and contributes to positive workplace experiences. The role covers recruitment coordination, employee documentation, HR administration and internal communication, working with teams to deliver efficient people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations and administrative activities
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate communication and interview scheduling
• Prepare and organise HR documentation and reports
• Support onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
• Respond to employee enquiries and provide administrative assistance
• Update HR systems and documentation regularly
• Assist with policy communication and HR initiatives, and support workforce reporting and administrative projects

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field preferred
• Previous HR, administrative, recruitment or office support experience beneficial
• Reliable internet connection and remote work setup

Required skills

• Strong organisational and administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication, and ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Comfortable using HR software and digital tools; familiarity with HR systems and Microsoft Office is an advantage
