About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR & Administration Officer to manage HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, performance management and ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development and off‑boarding.
- Oversee employee relations, attendance, leave, grievances, disciplinary matters and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate payroll, WPS, visas, Emirates ID, insurance, benefits and maintain accurate employee records.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, employment contracts and guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS and related regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of UAE HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE, WPS and payroll processes.
- Professional, discreet, organized and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
