Human Resources Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Advisor to join our MENA HR team in Dubai. The role offers hands‑on exposure to a broad spectrum of HR activities across multiple countries, supporting recruitment, onboarding, learning coordination, HR operations, compliance, employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment administration, documentation and candidate experience; assist with employer branding campaigns.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, induction schedules and the Buddy Programme; identify opportunities to digitalise onboarding.
• Assist with learning initiatives and learning administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, support data‑quality projects and drive process‑improvement in HR operations.
• Contribute to employee engagement, wellness activities and HR projects, including reporting, automation and process optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and fluent English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, administration, operations, business support, project coordination or analytics.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable handling confidential information.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented, comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Eager to learn, contribute beyond day‑to‑day tasks and explore technology‑driven improvements.
